What is Cre8 Wellbeing?

Cre8 Wellbeing Mission:

Cre8 Wellbeing is a not-for-profit organisation based in Newtown, Mid Wales, dedicated to enhancing emotional wellbeing, personal empowerment, and psychological resilience across all ages and abilities. Our mission is to support people in their journey toward a healthier, more balanced life through transformative in-person classes and seminars rooted in both ancient movement traditions and modern mindset methodologies.
We provide practical experiences that combine gentle yoga-inspired movement practices (SomaYoga), breathwork, mindfulness, neurolinguistic programming (NLP), life coaching, and trauma-informed approaches. These techniques are designed to unlock inner resilience, foster confidence, and empower individuals to take ownership of their emotional wellbeing. Our inclusive ethos and grassroots engagement help us reach individuals of all backgrounds, including those facing significant barriers to health and happiness.

We specialise in guiding yoga, somatic therapy, breathwork and meditation/mindful movement classes in a community based disability friendly setting and includes supported chair 'SomaYoga' classes. 

All ages, physical abilities, neurodiversity's & LGBT are encouraged and most welcome here. We are trauma informed and cater for all sensitivities.

Scientists know that the mind-body are not separate entities, they work together in symbiosis. So, if you want a strong healthy body you must connect fully with your good intentions, thoughts and your actions. 

My classes are focused on cre8ing positive mind-body connections often lost from living in our heads, with to-do lists, long working days and a culture spent DOING rather than BEING. Connecting mainly on our screens, phones and computers rather than with each other. 

This lost connection increases anxiety & stress responses in the nervous system and impacts the individual and their loved one's. Stress lowers your resonance, our natural vibration.  

Cre8ing a strong body free from DIS-EASE starts with your beliefs about yourself, and the thoughts cre8ed as a result of these beliefs. I use decades of training and scientifically proven state of the art change work to guide you in every aspect of your life. 

My style of 'SomaYoga' Somatic Therapuetic techniques with Yoga Asana Practice brings balance to mind, body and Spirit. It uses proven yoga breath & somatic techniques to release cortisol and adrenaline stored in the body from fear, worry and stressful thinking. The natural hormones produced by the endocrine system in the body to 'fight, flight or freeze. But are likely being used to fuel our worrying minds. You need to start feeling safe in your body before your mind can settle into safe thinking again. This is where Cre8 Wellbeing comes in!
