I have Yoga Alliance Accredited Teacher Training 200hrs. Personal Trainer, Group Physical Training & Spin Instructor, Mindfulness & Meditation practitioner, Accredited Elite Life Coach, Hyp. Diploma Hypnotherapist, Group Coach/Therapist, Root Cause Therapist, Reiki Energy Healer, Qualified Social Worker with 25 plus years in practice & Social Work Practice Educator. I hold ILM level 3 & 5 in leadership & management.

BUT please don't let the long list of training put you off. I am no academic!

I just love being curious and then serving people with what worked in my personal transformations through what I experience & learn.

A Light has been switched on in me in this life & now I see the Light in all whom I connect with.

I will hold that Light as your guide until you find it in yourself.

I am meant to serve others. I get such joy from engaging with people & evoking a positive shift in their energy be it through a chance encounter or working with them physically, emotionally, mentally or spiritually.

The person I am now was not present 9 years ago. In my mid-40's I thought I had it all....lengthy well paid career, nice house, a car, loving husband, amazing child...I had everything I thought ( and was told) would make me happy, but I was physically a wreck from hours sat writing long court reports & hours driving to and from my clients homes late into the evening. I was emotionally easily triggered by past trauma's, made worse by the fact my social work clients were mostly living, as I did, in nervous system survival mode. Of course, I was given medication for panic attacks and anxiety by my GP. I had lost touch with friends, hobbies, interests & stayed home after work in an exhausted, overwhelmed state.

I now realise I had compassion fatigue. My cup was empty from years of self neglect whilst I focussed on others.

The universe intervened & after finding myself on the wrong side with my employers I eventually left my 25 years career & started on a new path towards personal health, wellbeing & real happiness.

I often say that yoga saved my life but it was in fact everything that yoga is that saved me. Yoga is UNION of mind/body/spirit & that is what I have found.

The first physical thing that changed was my spine!

You really are only as young & open as your spine is flexible!!

The regular self hypnosis, energy clearing and breathwork practices along with the meditation & mindful practices that are part of my yoga teachings have reconnected me in my body again, which is now a safe place for me to inhabit.

After years living in my head, with thought loops of self- doubt, judgements, depression about the past and anxiety about the future I am free to be my true self and share this authenticity with whomever connects with me.

A deeper understanding of both ancient practices like meditation and mindfulness along with state of the art studies in quantum energy, poly vagal theory, neuroplasticity & somatic therapy techniques, whilst regularly practicing them myself & with others, has cleared out my body of the energetic childhood limitations & trauma buried there and completely stabilised my physical & mental health bringing me into homeostasis.

These techniques have helped me so significantly I want to share the miracles they offer, with my family, friends, neighbours, community & any beautiful soul who should need them!

I know this is my calling, my JOY my life passion and purpose. I know my experiences & knowledge can help others with physical and emotional trauma and pain, who have become numbed from their bodies using food, drugs, shopping, cigarettes, porn, social media, doom scrolling, gambling and any other method we all use to keep us busy and not feeling what is really going on inside.

The therapy room & yoga studio is open for you. It will be my absolute pleasure to serve you.
