Join us for a deeply restorative 90-minute journey of breath, healing, and inner liberation — held monthly in our beautiful, trauma-informed space.

🧘‍♀️ Begins at 7:30pm, straight after Soma-Yoga class
Includes a special 30-minute Healing Hypnosis to release the Inner Critic — the Judge of Self — and soften the unkind words that live inside us all.

This session blends:

  • Hypno-meditation to connect with your TRUE self and set a powerful healing intention
  • Conscious Connected Breathwork — eyes closed, lying down, wrapped in comfort and warmth
  • Energetic release of stored emotional tension, pain, and low-vibe thought loops
  • Ecstatic healing music to guide your breath and raise your vibration
  • Optional sharing circle to integrate and honour your experience

You’ll be held in a safe, sacred container — supported by me and the breathers around you — as we co-create a healing vortex of love, release, and renewal.

🌿 Bring water, lip balm, blankets, and anything that nourishes you. Mats and pillows are available if you don’t have your own. Eye masks welcome.

This is a practice of radical self-care and deep self-love.

Contraindications:
Not advised during pregnancy. If you have asthma, heart conditions, or breathing-related health concerns, please consult your doctor. A gentler breath is always welcome. You are your own best guide.
