Friday
4:00 PM – Arrival & Welcome
Herbal teas, Sparkling Refreshments, soft landing space, and orientation.
Optional Journaling Prompts for weekend insight & self-reflection.
Spa bookings available at reception (massage, facial).
5:00-5.15pm PM – Supported Chair Yoga & Somatic (Body) Mind- Body De-Stress
Gentle movement, breath-led release, and sensory grounding.
Trauma-aware facilitation with adaptations for comfort and mobility with Yoga/Trauma therapist. Julie Jones
6:30 PM – Nourishing Dinner
Seasonal, plant-rich menu with mindful eating cues.
8:00 PM – Sound Bath & Light Show
Immersive relaxation with harmonic tones and gentle visual ambiance.
Seated, lying or reclined options available. Sound Bath hosted by Lizzie Daley.
9.30pm - End of evening activities – guests invited to use the spa, rest or retire.
Saturday
7:30 AM - Optional - Morning Music Stretch, Energise & Breathe - Standing and/or Seated Movement Class.
9:00 AM– Breakfast & Spa Time
Optional morning spa treatments or quiet journaling space.
10:30 AM – Mindful Walk with Breathwork
Rock Park Discovery Walk: The Healing Waters. Gentle nature-based walk with breath-led presence and grounding
11:30 AM- Pool & Spa time.
12:30 PM – Light Lunch & Integration Time
Optional peer sharing, journaling prompts, or solo reflection.
2:15 PM - The InnerShift Session
Guided imagery, layered metaphors, breath and somatic anchoring. Self Care & Compassion.
Designed to soothe, restore, and gently re-pattern old programmes of overwhelm, stress & anxiety.
3.30 PM – Closing Circle, Goodbye’s & Reflection before
4:00 PM – Departure
🌞 Group Two: Saturday–Sunday (Mobile Adults, Mat Yoga Class)
Saturday

5:00 PM – Hatha Yoga with a Somatic Destress & Detox Twist
Energising flows, breathwork & deep trauma/stress release practice.

6:30 PM – Nourishing Dinner
Seasonal, plant-rich menu with mindful eating cues.
8:00 PM – Sound Bath & Light Show
